Ready to book your stay in paradise? We would love to host you! This is a direct rental booking - you’re booking with the owners and avoiding any third party transaction fees. We are looking for tenants who will treat our home as well as you would treat your own. NO PARTIES!

Standard Rental Rates:
$2,500 for a 14 day rental
$4,500 for a 30 day rental

We require a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
Pets are allowed for a $300 non-refundable pet fee. If you do bring a pet, please pick up after them and keep them off the furniture.

50% of your rental is due at the time of booking with the remaing balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept check, venmo and zelle. Credit cards can be accepted for an additional 3.5% fee.
